The BRONZE Coalition was founded in 2021 on a simple but powerful belief: lasting change happens when communities unite with purpose. We set out to create a collaborative space where advocacy, education, and service converge—not to replace the work already being done, but to stand alongside grassroots leaders, organizations, and everyday advocates striving for justice, equity, and opportunity.

The name BRONZE carries a legacy that is both historical and sacred. In history, bronze shaped civilizations—its strength forged sharper tools, sturdier structures, and enduring symbols of progress. In faith, bronze held sacred meaning, from the altar of sacrifice to the bronze serpent lifted in the wilderness, pointing to healing and renewal. Across time, bronze has represented refinement, endurance, and transformation. Like bronze refined by fire, communities facing challenges can emerge stronger through perseverance.

BRONZE is more than a name—it is our identity. It stands for Building Relationships of Nobility, Zeal, and Empowerment, a reflection of our commitment to cultivating leaders, strengthening communities, and advancing justice with purpose and conviction.
